IS CROSSFIT SAFE?
Yes, CrossFit training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is dangerous. At CrossFit, credentialed trainers provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently, helping them avoid injuries and the diseases that come from inactivity, obesity, and poor nutrition.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START CROSSFIT?
No, you just need to be motivated! No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit, even if you’ve never worked out before. CrossFit workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness, and take daily steps toward personal goals. As you become stronger, your workouts will be adjusted to challenge you at your new level.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We like all new members to attend a free intro class. You’ll work with one of our coaches to chat about your goals and to learn some CrossFit movements. You’ll also do an introductory workout to understand the style of a CrossFit workout. After an intro, we highly recommend completing four one-on-one sessions where the coach will ensure you are ready to safely and confidently transition to group classes or further personal training.
