CFA Compete:
Performance Programming

Already crushing it in class and want more?

CFA Compete is for our athletes who are ready to take things further. This program complements our regular CrossFit classes—which should remain your top priority—and adds extra conditioning, strength, or skill work to your day.

What to expect:

💪 1–2 extra training pieces per day

💪 15–30 minutes of additional work

💪 Focused skill and strength development

💪 A structured plan to push performance
